🤰 Ways to relieve back pain during pregnancy 🌟

️⃣ Take care of your posture. As your baby grows, your centre of gravity may shift forward. It's natural to compensate by leaning back, but that can strain your lower back muscles and make the pain worse. Try to maintain good posture instead.

️⃣ Choose the right shoes. Opt for low-heeled shoes that provide good arch support, rather than flats or high heels. Your feet need some extra love during this time.

️⃣ Lift smartly. When lifting something small, squat down and use your leg muscles to lift, rather than bending at the waist or relying on your back. And don't hesitate to ask for help if you need it!

️⃣ Snooze on your side. Sleeping on your side, rather than on your back, can be more comfortable and ease back pain. Consider using pregnancy or support pillows between your knees, under your belly, and behind your back for extra support. 😴💤

️⃣ Keep moving. Including physical activity in your daily routine can work wonders for your back pain. Walking is especially great during pregnancy. It's gentle, helps improve circulation, and keeps your body active. 🚶‍♀️💃

️⃣ Explore Chiropractic care. Our Chiropractors have a special interest in Pregnancy care and can provide care for your spinal health throughout pregnancy and after giving birth! 🤲👩‍⚕️
