Your baby's first year is full of exciting changes.
From lifting their head for the first time to rolling, crawling and eventually taking those first steps, every movement milestone helps build the foundation for future development.
Our workshops are designed to give parents practical knowledge, hands-on demonstrations and simple activities they can confidently continue at home.
Whether you're looking to better understand your baby's development, build confidence as a parent, or support your baby's movement through each developmental stage, our workshops provide a welcoming space to learn, ask questions and connect with other local families.
Unlike many baby classes, our workshops are presented by experienced paediatric chiropractors who work with babies every day. We combine professional knowledge with practical advice that is simple, practical and easy to implement at home.
Tummy Time Workshop (Birth–6 Months)Helping Your Baby Build Strong Foundations for Movement Tummy time is one of the most important activities for your baby's early development. It helps develop strength through the neck, shoulders, arms and core while supporting the motor skills needed for rolling, sitting, crawling and many future developmental milestones. While some babies enjoy tummy time, many find it difficult. This may simply be because they need a little extra support or because something is making tummy time more challenging than it should be. Our Tummy Time Workshop helps parents understand why tummy time matters, why some babies struggle and how to confidently support their baby's movement at home. During this workshop you'll learn:

Every baby develops differently.
If your baby is finding tummy time difficult, has a strong side preference, reduced neck movement, is struggling to roll, or you're concerned about their movement or development, a one-on-one assessment may be the best place to start.
Our paediatric chiropractors provide individual assessments to better understand your baby's movement and developmental milestones before creating personalised recommendations tailored to your baby's needs.
