Our Paediatric focused Chiropractors host monthly Tummy Time & Little Movers Workshops, helping you and your baby achieve neurological and musculoskeletal developmental milestones with confidence.

We will be answering all your tummy time questions and showing you how to make it easy, no matter the age, no matter the experience.

This workshop is perfect for babies aged 0-6 months, or older if they are struggling with tummy time. 

Our little movers is designed to help your baby reach their developmental milestones from rolling to crawling with confidence!

This workshop is for babies aged 5months + who can perform tummy time on fully extended arms.
