How to stop sleeping on your stomach!

Are you a stomach sleeper? 😴This one's for you!

 

Even though it can feel comfortable in the moment, sleeping on your stomach can put a strain on your neck and your low back/pelvis which can lead to pain and discomfort later on. 

 

Many people find it difficult to stop stomach sleeping and often give up trying to switch to sleeping on their backs or side. 

 

Here are our 3 tips to help stop this poor habit!

1️⃣Use the correct pillow! Use a good quality pillow with contours to support the curves in your neck. Whether you are sleeping on your side or you back, a good pillow will make it more comfortable to sleep in these positions

2️⃣Sleeping on your side with a pillow in between your knees! Not only will this help keep balance in your pelvis while you are sleeping it will help prevent you from rolling onto your front!

3️⃣Place a pillow in front of you as a barrier to stop you from rolling forward.
