Our Focus for 2026

Becoming parents again has been both grounding and humbling, and it’s given me an even deeper appreciation for the many seasons families move through, pregnancy, newborn days, busy parenting years, working life, ageing bodies, and everything in between.

Over the past year, I’ve also felt incredibly grateful for the care I personally received through my own pregnancies and births. Being supported by practitioners who truly listened, respected my choices, and shared the same values around gentle, informed care allowed me to have the positive birth experiences and outcomes I hoped for both times. It reinforced everything we aim to offer here at WRCW - care that feels safe, thoughtful, individual, and genuinely supportive.

As we look ahead to 2026, our vision is very clear.

We are here for the whole family, at every stage of life.

While we have a strong passion for supporting women, particularly through pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood, we also deeply value caring for partners, dads, babies, kids, teens, grandparents, and individuals who simply want to move and feel their best. Health is not one-size-fits-all, and families thrive when everyone feels supported.

This year, we’re focusing on:

  • Continuing to care for families as a whole, not just individuals.

  • Supporting women through key life stages, while welcoming partners and children alongside them.

  • Running community workshops that educate, connect, and empower families - keep an eye out for our tummy time, little movers, and pregnancy workshops. We’re also open to suggestions for new topics!

  • Creating a space that feels calm, inclusive, and genuinely supportive - no matter your age or stage.
